If I could give this place a no star rating, that's what I would give them. The manager/owner basically told me to leave when I came in to complain about two pairs of pants that they shrank. I tried explaining that the pants did not fit me after they had been dry cleaned at their store and I even brought in another pair of pants they had cleaned for me (same brand, same length, same material as others) to show the difference. Pride cleaners ruined one of my very expensive shirts, and the woman there in the Holladay location refused to remedy the situation. This was a brand new shirt that I only wore twice. There was a tear that I noticed when I took it out of the cleaner's plastic wrapping that was clearly made by applying too much heat to the shirt.
