Brought my shirt there because they are right next to my house and I spilled coffee on a nice button down: I asked if I could pay them anything to please save the shirt I live right in the area just moved here and will start doing all my dry cleaning with them: she said no she can’t take any laundry today when I was clearly in a rush and needing some help: I am gonna guess that customer service isn’t their strong suit she didn’t have any advice for me or anything on what to do
I’d give zero stars if I could. I picked up 4 items that were dry cleaned 2 weeks ago to take on vacation but was unable to wear ANY of them because of a horrible, mildew odor on them. When I returned I brought them back to be recleaned, just picked them up & they still stink! My advice…STAY AWAY! To Pride Cleaners: The items have been hanging in my hall closet for over 2 weeks and still smell horribly. WHY would I bring them back to you?
