Quoted $99 special for 3 rooms on the phone. Tech walks in and immediately says it’s $269 because of “heavy soil, stairs count as a room, and scotchgard is recommended.” Felt like a classic bait-and-switch once he was in my house. I canceled and he still tried to charge a $50 “trip fee.” Read the fine print and watch out.
Paid $210 for living room, hallway, and 2 bedrooms with pet treatment. Carpets were sopping wet 24+ hours later and started to smell mildewy. Worse, the “pretreatment” left new yellow blotches that weren’t there before. Tech said it would “dry and disappear.” It’s been a week and the spots are still there. Now I need someone else to fix it.
Had a 1pm–5pm window confirmed for Saturday. Waited all afternoon — no tech, no call, no text. Called at 5:15pm and went straight to voicemail. Got a “sorry we had to reschedule” email Sunday night. I had company coming that evening and had to rent a Rug Doctor last-minute. Don’t take bookings you can’t keep.
Pride carpet cleaning has cleaned my carpets twice. They have Fair pricing, Dependable service and Attention to detail. 10/10 recommend!
Had them come out and do a second house for me today. Last time was over 3 years ago. Same great people and great service. I am going to start scheduling them regularly for maintenance. Thanks again!
