One of the worst experiences in my life l! I went in and used my last $39 to my name to pay for my gas. I had it through Apple Pay. I politely asked 39 on pump 1 (the pump i was at) went out and tried pumping my gas after a couple minutes nothing so i went back in. The cashier put my last 39 dollars on the wrong pump! He told me there was nothing he could do for me and to call my bank. The staff is great, but this is a SMALL location. Many of the offers in the app are not stocked here. Additionally, and this is not a staff problem either, no one knows how the new app works. You can't link a credit or debit card, but that's how you receive a discount on gas. They haven't given their in store staff the proper information to answer questions, not was the customer service person that I spoke to (after 35 minutes of eait time) able to answer. Education before roll out would have been a fantastic idea.
