The staff is great, but this is a SMALL location. Many of the offers in the app are not stocked here. Additionally, and this is not a staff problem either, no one knows how the new app works. You can't link a credit or debit card, but that's how you receive a discount on gas. They haven't given their in store staff the proper information to answer questions, not was the customer service person that I spoke to (after 35 minutes of eait time) able to answer. Education before roll out would have been a fantastic idea.
I went in to buy something. I walked over the door and the door was locked. She never said anything to me. I said is there someone in the bathroom she said no you need a key in a stern voice. I said I’m sorry I didn’t know after the transaction she finally gave me the key she says make sure you lock it before you leave. This has happened to me before this same store with the same person. There’s no reason to act like that. I know I won’t be going back there
The manager is complete trash. Very rude, do yourself a favor and stop anywhere else. This is the am don't know how the pm people are
