I haven't had many problems at this pride. But tonight was so bad. The women was so rude I sent my daughter in to use the bathroom and check her name tag for this review. She's not a great reader but she said stated with a v ending in an a so I'm thinking 🤔 Vanessa was her name. I just want to say every time I go in and the assistant manager Matthew is working, he’s the kindest person I have ever met. He is just always so polite and has a smile on his face, it’s nice to see this especially in the retail sector.
People are nice but the FAS pay app is worthless, it works maybe 30% of the time
I was driving to belchertown from clinton and needed to use the restroom so I was trying to be polite and buy something so I was looking at candy prior to entering the bathroom. I then used the bathroom and decided to buy a slushie, upon going to the register the cashier. I did not see her name, but a heavy set Latino lady accused me of stealing candy.
