I am very disappointed with the level of respect and professionalism shown by the employees at Pride gas station. During my visit, their attitude was careless and unprofessional, and it felt like they had no respect for customers or the environment around them. A business should represent good service, courtesy, and responsibility, but unfortunately that was not the experience I had. I hope management takes this issue seriously and works on improving customer service and employee conduct.
I used to go to this Pride gas station almost every day when I was living in Springfield, and it became much more than just a place to grab food or gas. It started to feel like a small community hub. There are a lot of staff members—from the cashiers to the deli and pizza area—and every single person I interacted with was kind, gentle, and down to earth. No one felt pretentious or rushed. The person working behind the desk wouldn't allow me to use the restroom after 7 pm as if our bowels take time off. Don't stop here to go.
The rudest most ratched employees I have ever experienced. They should never leave the house.
I just came to buy some food, the guy in front desk had the door closed. When he opened, he has a really bad attitude. The service was terrible, and they do no have any piece of education. I am in the parking, and I am literally watch how customer just go away and do not deal this horrible customer service
