The fact that it snowed yesterday and the lot looks like shit is an atrocity. Such disrespect for your customer base..... This is absolutely despicable. I can't wait for pilot to open up. At least you know that they'll have plows cleaning their property in the event of.... winter. This isn't anything new with this truckstop. It's every winter the same shit....... PLOW YOUR LOT!!!!!!!!
I stopped at my local pride station to have my lottery tickets check to see if I had any winners. I was advised by the attendant that there was a machine behind me to check to see if I had any winners. I was the only one in line and thought this is what "customer service" has come to. This is where I purchase my gas from, lottery tickets and quick grocery items. I will have to consider looking else where to spend my hard earned money. Just a long time customer who does not feel as if my loyalty matters.
ads on gas pumps are extremely annoying and can’t be muted. There’s other gas stations down the street on meadow and Chicopee if anyone wants to try those instead
