We purchased through layaway and they were awesome. We had a few issues on our end and they worked with us. My wife is absolutely in love with her ring! Highly recommend these ladies!
Great customer service!! They take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about items in store or custom orders. They provide fast, friendly service. My repair was done quickly. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.
The staff is so very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Service is excellent. They answered all my questions. I had my ring sized there and it turned out perfect. Recently purchased additional jewelry (which I love). Staff again was so helpful, but not pushy. They have a knack for making their customer feel special.
Good customer service and great sales
I can honestly say when I first walked into Priddy’s years ago . I was greeted with warmth & compassion, Carla & the rest there made me feel like I was family. I have went back nearly every year to shop there & each time I haven’t been let down . My wedding ring that I got to choose is very unique.
