Not Professional at all!!! 1. They give me one estimated on the phone and want to charge me more after they want to finish the work!!!! 2. Left foots prints all around my family room, my kitchen till my foyer area. My Kitchen is white tile turn black. I have to mops my floors all around several times. 3. They loosing up the panel so we will replace it. My advice, please think twice to use them.

We had an absolutely awful experience with Priddy Clean Chimney Sweep that resulted in a major health hazard. We hired them to clean our two chimneys and at this time they recommended that we install sterling silver linings in both of our flues due to a fire hazard. Based on the information provided to us by this company, we decided to install a sterling silver tube in our downstairs chimney/flue. I hired Priddy Clean Air Duct Cleaning after an animal had crawled and subsequently died in my vent leaving behind an unbareable stench. The customer service I received was friendly and informative and the crew came out on time on the date of service. The crew left no vent uncleand and they sanitized my system which took care of the odor. I will be using Priddy in the future and I recommend them to everyone!
The office was very helpful in helping figure out what was best for my situation. They sent Andrey out the next day and he was even more helpful showing me how to open my flue that i couldnt do for the past year! Clean chimney,they even dropped off firewood !
