Highly recommend! I have used Priddy for over 10 years for my wood fireplace and dryer vent and they have always been reliable and professional.
Priddy replaced our 20 year old gas fireplace. They found a unit that fit our opening and a beautiful unique marble tile surround that's so much nicer than the "builder grade" white. The crew was excellent, taking care during the installation to cover the opening so our cats wouldn't explore behind the unit. They even put a fresh coat of paint on our mantel! Very happy with the easy, professional service!
We had our annual inspection with Priddy Chimney this year, and I was blown away with how thorough their team was! Not only were the guys soo nice and professional, but they thoroughly explained all steps of the process. From examining the exterior of both our chimneys, doing an interior inspection, showing me all the footage and files of what they saw, to cleaning our chimney, and explaining everything so that I knew & understood what was going on. We've been working with Priddy for a few years now and they have been fabulous. They are proactive in keeping us informed and ahead of the needs of several (heavily used) fireplaces.
These are the most corrupt contractors in the State of Maryland!!!! They came over to my place to inspect my chimney and clean this is what happened. . After iinspectign my chimney they told me the whole flew shaft had to be replaced, because the teck says he ran his phone camera in with I guess is what he wanted to believe one of those sticks.
