Puget Sound Energy contracted Hydromax, who contracted Pricor. They claimed there was a branch crossing our gas line and they needed to dig on our property to clear it out or verify it's not harming anything. For the inconvenience, Michael, their tech, said they said they would offer a free sewer cleaning as part of the service. They also promised photos and videos so we can see the obstruction was cleared. After finishing the work, Michael disappeared and stopped answering calls or messages.
