I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. Ciara was very polite, funny, and very good at putting me at ease. She also allowed me to be as picky as I wanted with the placement of my piercings, drawing and erasing the spot many times. During the piercing she was quick and confident, which helped me feel confident through my the pain. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here and we both loved it! She was so excited but nervous and didn’t know exactly what to expect. Sierra was so kind and asked my daughter if she wanted her to talk the whole time to make her feel more comfortable and she did. She also explained everything and made a little mark with washable marker where she would pierce the ear lobe. But she let me as the Mom decide if I wanted it more left or right, up or down. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Ciara pierced my 4 month old baby girls ears and was amazing! She was so sweet to both of us, so patient, and answered all of my questions. She did an amazing job and we will definitely be going back! Thanks again!

Ciara is seriously the best. I won’t go to anyone else ever. She did my second piercings a year ago and I loved her. More importantly though, I took my 7year old daughter last month to get her ears pierced. I was SO impressed with how Ciara handled my daughter’s nervousness and fear. Hands down CANNOT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH, especially for kids. Also 1000% impressed with how sterile everyone is and Ciara is super professional.

Ciara was awesome!! She did a great job and had the cutest earrings!
