Since the home landed in our lot we have had nothing but problems. The modular home came early 2025, it took months to get someone back here to fix the issues (siding fell off, window was boarded up, plastic on the roof, moulding falling off, front door was not closing or opening correctly, etc etc). Sam would take forever to send someone out and they wouldn’t fix all the problems so they would have to come back.
