Horrible experience. Both storage and transport. From Hobart to mainland. Their communication over 18 months was almost non existent, their fees are insane, and they broke many priceless items despite them being professionally packed with glaringly obvious fragile labelling. When asked about it, they simply never replied, despite numerous emails. Incredibly unprofessional. Unless you owe them money, they simply do not answer phone or email. Prices Removals were the first place I called to assist with the pickup and delivery of some office furniture, and I couldn't be more impressed with their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations. They took great care, and I will definitely be engaging them again.
