Horrible experience. Both storage and transport. From Hobart to mainland. Their communication over 18 months was almost non existent, their fees are insane, and they broke many priceless items despite them being professionally packed with glaringly obvious fragile labelling. When asked about it, they simply never replied, despite numerous emails. Incredibly unprofessional. Unless you owe them money, they simply do not answer phone or email.
