Very friendly and helpful in getting the refrigerator that I wanted.
Very Disappointed!! After several months (12/2024) of waiting for them to replace a section of a dining table that they agreed to replace that was delivered damaged and being lead to believe that they were going to replace it prompted me to submit this review. Spoke to the manager, owner, and sales person G several times, all I got was lip service and they never rectified the issue. I have been a customer for the past 25 years and only purchased furniture from them.
I was extremely impressed with the staff at prices, office manager was very polite, Phillip salesman went out of his way to help, delivery guys were great, carpet contractor was great, but Jess the owner was totally involved & just made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely shop there again. I highly recommend Prices! No need to go to Santa Fe!
