This is the worst consumer experience that I've ever had. I'm in my mid 40s. The owner, an authorized technician for a major Korean manufacturer, repeatedly failed to fix my appliance, in part due to misinformation from the manufacturer. On several occasions, he showed up with wrong, broken, and missing parts. He was unable to fix one component after about six attempts.
