A HORRIBLE man. My 21 year old sister started having issues with her car and had saved up $4000 in hopes to purchase a used car in March. She was recommended Henry by an acquaintance and he said he would be able to purchase her a good used car at an auction. Terrible service. Poor communicator. Tried to upcharge me for additional work that didn't need to be done to complete the actual job. Still hasn't refunded me money for a part that he didn't use because I refused to pay $850 for a job that only cost $585 with parts labor and a 12 year warranty. I wouldn't recommend this mechanic to anyone that values great customer service and integrity. Send me back my money Mr. Henry.
Avoid this shop and Henry the owner. He took my $4700 for a Nissan Quest to change transmission and didn’t even touch the van. He took $2500 to change transmission on a Nissan Rogue and did not nothing but parted the vehicle and took the proceeds for personal use. I came to retrieve the car and the police has to be involved to do just that after all that he put me through This is going to the court for remediation.
Been calling Herny for a year. To get my jeep back from him done give him 3000.00 HE keep on giving me excuses after excuses Time to file paper' s on him at this Point. Do not deal with this man .
