Absolutely appalling from a staff member abusing me after I started to make a complaint about her customer service. If this is how you do business by allowing your staff to abuse customers whilst in the presence of other customers on the shop floor you seriously need to reconsider your position
I went in to fill a prescription at the last minute, the pharmacist himself served me, looked at my script and said, "yes we have that in stock I can do that right now for you". I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Great service, even though it was quite busy and about to close. A little expensive though and not sure the product worked - this is more to do with the provider unless the medication was not correctly stored?! I will return however, as service is the key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
