I have just been into this store and I can confirm wholeheartedly I will not be returning to this specific store. How are your customers able to enjoy and browse freely without your security gaurd thinking he’s guarding Buckingham Palace? From the moment I entered not once did he take his eyes off me which is just profiling at its finest.
