I got a new prescription for my meds from my doctor and told him I needed enough repeats for me to get through my upcoming overseas trip. Even though I had been to this place before, it is not my regular pharmacy. This pharmacy refused to provide more than 1 of each of my meds and told me they would only give them after I gave them my itinerary. I was also told they would need to put them on order. Thank you Reena for taking issue with a script with a tear in the address and leaving my son in the most pain he's ever been in. Did nothing to help at all - could've verified the script in so many ways- wouldn't accept the scan copy sent through- most deplorable and negligent conduct- taking issue for the sake of it. Made me go back to the practice who reissued - capital more than happy to fill it and when I got home I called an ambulance as my son was distraught. The priceline with the worst customer service experience besides having low stock for most products.
Do not get served by the older Indian pharmacist claiming to be a locum, very rude and condescending. I won't be returning in any time soon
First time I experienced a consistent lack of stock in what I usually buy - for 20 years. Unhelpful service. Tried to sell alternatives I was not interested in. Sign of the times/shortages, new staff or Under New Management? Not sure. Affects customer confidence.
