Are you guys closing down, shelves are absolutely empty on so many items. Do you not order more when things run out. Some of the makeup sections have been completely empty for months and months. The manager here is just wonderful. Laura / Lauren I think her name is? She has helped me out the last few times I have been in store and I will keep coming back because of the service she has provided. I needed to return a skin product I had a bad reaction to and she refunded me with no hesitation, but was also able to help me select an alternative to this which has been great for my skin. Online order arrived with brush packaging crushed and all items were absolutely covered in dirt and dust so must be old unlooked after stock, definitely sticking to beauty shops from now on
