Never had much of a problem with pharmacy until they processed a script , charged it at concession rate. Apparently Medicare won’t honour it so continued to harass for the difference. No contact to say that they made a mistake on the day. Just added the difference to the next time it was to be dispensed. Not our mistake. Obviously pharmacist didn’t check on the use of the drug and as a new drug for patient failed to inform about side effects after dispensing. Nice and close and convenient. I find the staff to be very, very professional. A great place if you can't find a chemist open. Great locality too all around. Quite impressive
Great customer service by all, but a special shout out to the pharmacist to take a pic with the medicine made for a happy experience
