VERY rude manager. Other staff are lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. I love this store. Unfortunately, the manager and I had a few words said to each other. I told her I was going to report her to head office, she replied with; you’re threatening me. What the hell 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t understand how that was a threat. I wanted to buy cough syrup, she said I had to purchase cough lozenges as well, I didn’t want the lozenges only the syrup, so she refused to sell me the syrup. Very rude. Will never buy from there again.
As bought more than 40 dollars product from them , not provide free body care gifts as per their new promotion.I checked with anotger store , it available into evey priceline cataloge Called and speak to manager, she said she do not know about catalog and then checked. She said they have free gift in promotion but not receiced any delivery. I asked can collect another time ,if come with receipt, She said she not know when they will get delivery Simply, store manager or owner not interested in good customee service.
Fantastic customer service. Quin was super helpful & friendly regarding my click and collect order. The security guard smiled & welcomed me on arrival at the store. All team members I encountered were friendly & polite. I had a very positive customer experience today & will look forward to shopping at Priceline Wanneroo again in the future.
Unfortunately I can't give this place a zero but you have to give it one star and lucky to get that this place is terrible the staff are rude unpleasant and the so called security looks at you like you have stolen some thing and you can't enjoy just looking around with him looking at you and following you around the place only go to this place if you really need to other wise don't go there
bad customer service definitely won’t be coming back..
