Had to deal with rude staff member managing the prescription counter today 24/04/26. I’ll be telling my patients to look for other branches.
I went in to purchase medication . The pharmacist was yelling so loud that the assistant helping me couldn’t hear me to print a label . I’m appalled at her behaviour- very unprofessional! Won’t be going back to that pharmacy ….. she made such a scene !
Most horrendous store I’ve dealt with. Wouldn’t even let me return something bought under 24 hours ago that’s been completely sealed and never opened because it had a tiny dint in it which was already there!! Both the pharmacist and so called manager who was full of attitude were one of the worst people I’ve dealt with. I will never shop here.
There was this one worker ally, she was beyond amazing. She deserves major credit, she was extremely kind and helpful. Accommodated all our needs. Loved the service.
