They make things incredibly difficult for customers
I went here once to buy something to assist an elderly relative & even though they had none in stock they took the time to look through catalogs to see if they could order one & also suggested where I could get one from. Not many stores would goboit of there way to help a customer. So I give 5 stars for the staff's helpfulness.
