Another great experience at Priceline Pharmacy where I was served by the lovely Emily. Exceptional skills in customer service and being an all-round hard worker. Someone give this queen a raise.
I stopped into Ulladulla Priceline to grab a few things on my way to Sydney and every single staff member was incredible. Literally the nicest people and so sweet. Especially the young girl that helped me find the products I needed, she made my day!
I would like to thank and praise the 2 women pharmacists that were working Tuesday 10th March around 4pm. They were both extremely accommodating and comforting while I was in panic/overwhelmed mode during my holiday with a quite sick 10 month old. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and generosity during my time of need. They're absolute assets to this store Thank you again
Today we had a very upsetting experience at this pharmacy while trying to obtain an urgent medication for my daughter, who has refractory epilepsy. We arrived with a valid prescription for 75 mg tablets. The pharmacist told us they only had 50 mg tablets in stock, which we understood can happen. However, when we politely asked if the dose could be made up using the available tablets, we were refused outright. Our regular pharmacist even called to explain the urgency of the medication and how important it was for my daughter ... read more
