The staff at the back are incredibly rude. The juniors are lovely, but there is a clear issue with some of the senior staff that needs to be sorted.
All of the staff are so lovely here. They go out of their way to help you. You can always ask for medical advice. I leave my scripts there and just ring up and order them and go and pick them up.
Extremely rude pair of ladies today. Will never go back. They lost both scripts then found one. Proceded to tell my wife there was only one. She explained that both were put in 10 mins ago. Eventually found and processed and during this time the 2 rude women just stared and whispered looking at my wife. If you both are so miserable maybe try another job. Review below is same so not a one off.
