Ok nice staff and reasonable prices.
I visited Priceline Pharmacy today and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me at the checkout was quite rude. There seems to be a need for better customer service training among some of the checkout team. I am often served by the same older woman, and she consistently appears unhappy to be at work and is not easy to communicate with, which makes the experience uncomfortable. Came in for some cosmetics today, but a lipgloss I bought was not working properly, so I came in 1 minute later, wanting to swap it for one that was working. The women that initially served me was trying to fix the product, twisting on the applicator and trying to get it to work. But it was taking a while and I didn't feel comfortable having someones hands all on the applicator of the lipgloss, so I asked if I can just get another from the shelf.
