Awesome services!! Love it...Same friendly staff, same great services. They speak Mandarin and Cantonese too!! Very helpful and friendly staff. Furthermore, inner unit there is a GP - Dr Austin Chow, MedCentral The Glen provided professional health advise services. Cosy environment, professional and friendly staff too. Pretty convenient! Very disappointing experience. I purchased a $100 gift card and visited the store a week ago to use it. At that time, I was told the gift card system had not been set up properly, but I was assured it would be fixed that same day. Based on that advice, I returned a week later. I was again told that the gift card could be used and that everything had been set up. However, the gift card still could not be processed and I was unable to make any purchase. Need to update their booking system for Flu Vaccines. Booked in the morning, did the questionnaire, had the booking confirmed but then when we arrived for our appointment we were turned away as they didn't have enough staff on. I understand for safety concerns they need more staff, but then why have the bookings open at all. No issues last year, but this year was a different story.
Over priced, long waits, no stock and rude
