I came in to purchase a tube of Carmex lipbalm, only to be quite aggresively approached by a pharmacist, who proceeded to mansplain how bad Carmex was for my lips and trying to upsell a way more expensive brand. Mate, I've been using Carmex for a while and my lips haven't fallen off yet. If I wanted advice. I would've asked.......
I was served by Mita and had a great experience. There was a big sale going on, so the register queue was super long. I was waiting for a click and collect order when Mita came around and asked who was there for click and collect. Instead of making us wait in line one by one, she took down our names on a piece of paper and brought out all the orders quickly. So efficient and thoughtful. Thank you Mita!
I had a great experience with Emily at Priceline The Glen – she administered my flu vaccine and was absolutely fantastic. Good pharmacists should be celebrated! Prompt, patient, and informative – she took the time to explain the differences between the vaccines available and made the whole process quick and comfortable. Initially went to TW Glen, but stood at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgement from all four staff busy chatting to each other.
