Need to update their booking system for Flu Vaccines. Booked in the morning, did the questionnaire, had the booking confirmed but then when we arrived for our appointment we were turned away as they didn't have enough staff on. I understand for safety concerns they need more staff, but then why have the bookings open at all. No issues last year, but this year was a different story.

I came in to purchase a tube of Carmex lipbalm, only to be quite aggresively approached by a pharmacist, who proceeded to mansplain how bad Carmex was for my lips and trying to upsell a way more expensive brand. Mate, I've been using Carmex for a while and my lips haven't fallen off yet. If I wanted advice. I would've asked.......
