Have been a customer for about 2 years and spent a lot of money. Most of the Chemists have been so very helpful and friendly, with the exception of one. I recently did a click and collect. When, I got home I found I had been given the wrong item. I rang and asked one of the shop Assistant for the person in-charge. She came back to say, she was busy. Went here to have our daughter's ears pierced for her 5th birthday. They had no healing spray set aside for our appointment that we had booked 3 days in advance. We also felt that the staff rushed us through. I wouldn't go back again for any piercings for a young child.
I visited the chemist to have a script filled, the qualified pharmacist approached me in a friendly manner, gave me a fact sheet about the medication and volunteered face-to-face time without me asking. Great job Thank you :)
