A Friend bought a bottle of cologne from this pharmacy. It was broken on the inside and they refuse to return it and they were extremely rude about it I myself have also had issues at this pharmacy. Will not be going back. 🤬

Came in late one afternoon to get a script filled and the shop was dead quiet. The Asian male pharmacist (don’t know his name so just a description in case they have other pharmacists) was apathetic. I wandered around the shop as he was too busy chatting/flirting with the pharmacy assistants which was a little nauseating and I had second hand embarrassment for the lot of them. I went to buy a perfume for Father’s Day and the rude young girl who was serving me was like no you can’t touch the perfumes. I told her which one I wanted in the cupboard case. She made the whole shopping experience so bad. A when I told her your standing right there I’ll go to the counter she just gave a very rude demeaning experience an I was in rush to go. I purchase the perfume but I regret not following up complaint to her manager, hire people that know customer service or have experience in retail!
