I am extremely frustrated with the way I was treated by this pharmacy. I was prescribed a 7 day course of amoxicillin but was only given 5 days’ supply. When I called to clarify, the pharmacist kept insisting that I had lost the repeat prescription, even though I repeatedly explained that I never received one in the first place. Instead of actually listening or checking properly, he continued to argue and spoke in a demeaning tone. Never had a problem of my own with this pharmacy. It's literally 5x quicker than chemist warehouse even when it's busy. Almost every time I'm in there I witness someone being nasty to the staff, so just wanted to leave a good review because they have to put up with way too much
Very poor service today waited over 45 minutes for prescriptions to be dispensed. At least 6 people received theirs before me after putting theirs in after me. I asked got told by pharmicist who kept going to counter to retrive more customer scripts to be filled. No one dispensing. Very disappointing as a very regular customer for many years. Got told they were busy i said i see that but was here before all those others. Then was told they were multi tasking. Will be re thinking where scripts will be filled im future.
Dealt with pharmacist Arli (sorry if mispelled name) on Thursday evening, he was by himself helping customers, doing scripts and everything in between. Was the most efficient, pleasant and professional experience I have ever had in a a pharmacy. Although he was very busy he went out of his way, took his time to answer my questions and help me with my extreme low back nerve pain that I have had for many months.
