Friendly helpful staff. Great products and special offers in store
The pharmacy team is knowledgeable and has great service; unfortunately the overall retail team members are unskilled and unable to support. For example, I’ve had encounters where I’ve called to ask about updates on medication I have from the pharmacy to literally be left on hold and forgotten about and then passed to another team member to repeat the reason for call. It’s a terrible waste of time.
Great attentive service today from Darren, Pharmacist in Charge. We came in without an appointment for covid and flu shots as recommended by a friend. Paperwork and assessment completed within 30 minutes and shots administered. Excellent, professional service!
Misleading and Rude Service I had a very disappointing experience at priceline st Mary's. I dropped off a prescription that needed to be compounded, and since they don’t do it there, they placed an order with another pharmacy. I was told they would call me when it was ready, and when I asked if it could be done by the afternoon, the pharmacist said it would take 2 to 3 business days.
