Very unprofessional, the pharmacists at the counter there is always three of them trying to get u that one item, they go inside together and to the computer together and stuck together like 3 musketeers. They can't look after a patient each, they literly always need each other for one patient. Extremely slow.
I've been a customer with Priceline Pharmacy St Marys since it's inception. They understand my needs and their customer service is par excellence. I have to make special mention about Ms. Shamima and Fatima who are always courteous and serve me with a smile. Priceline also does local delivery which sometimes comes very handy.

The pharmacy team is knowledgeable and has great service; unfortunately the overall retail team members are unskilled and unable to support. For example, I’ve had encounters where I’ve called to ask about updates on medication I have from the pharmacy to literally be left on hold and forgotten about and then passed to another team member to repeat the reason for call. It’s a terrible waste of time.
