Very unprofessional, the pharmacists at the counter there is always three of them trying to get u that one item, they go inside together and to the computer together and stuck together like 3 musketeers. They can't look after a patient each, they literly always need each other for one patient. Extremely slow.
The store manager was extremely rude to the staffs infront of the customer. The issue was not that big, would have solved professionally rather than shouting at the staff infront of the customer.
I've been a customer with Priceline Pharmacy St Marys since it's inception. They understand my needs and their customer service is par excellence. I have to make special mention about Ms. Shamima and Fatima who are always courteous and serve me with a smile. Priceline also does local delivery which sometimes comes very handy.
