We nominated Priceline Pharmacy St Ives as our collection point for my son's outpatient script on an ongoing basis. Each time I went to collect the script when it should have arrived I was told it wasn't there and had to return. Had a flu injection- the girl who did it was just lovely and really gentle. (Charlotte) So happy as I’m useless with needles.
Their system had an error, and they explained that the special promotion wouldn’t start for several days. I don’t understand why the tags were placed on the shelves so far in advance without indicating when the discount would begin. As a result, I was overcharged. The manager, whose name might be Jessie or something similar, even refused to issue a refund.
