the service was incredibly prompt, i met a young man named hamza, he was clearly going out of his way to ensure all customers received top notch service, never posted a review before but this young fellows commitment really made my day.
I haven't been going here for a few years now...The staff at the front are lovely, the ones at the back at the dispensary were very rude, one lady in particular, giving me the third degree on medication I was getting from my doctor, she said it loud so everyone could hear..It happened several times, so never returned..Not nice to be treated that way
I submitted a script for a single tube of cream today and was told the wait would be around 15 minutes. After watching four other customers—who arrived after me—collect their medications, I questioned the staff. At that point, I’d been waiting 45 minutes. Turns out, my script was still sitting untouched in its plastic container. I asked for it back and took it to another pharmacy where it was filled promptly.
