Had a prescription given which was only 8-9 dollars according to my doctor. Went to pay and was shocked when it was 28 dollars, shame on you workers for purposely selling the most expensive brand and not asking if thats what the customer wanted. Do not go to this pharmacy ever!!! Better to go to the chemist warehouse 100%
Terrible customer service!
I came here in search of one item - Oral B Threaders (floss for us folk with braces or retainers) - but sadly, nice dice. I'm sure I can get it at my Priceline down home in Geelong. No criticism of the store. It was accessible, orderly, clean. The lady who helped me was polite and friendly.
Paid carpark with abusive staff. Find another chemist where you can go without dealing with this awful centre management.
Staff are lovely but the wait for prescriptions is consistently at least 15 minutes, quicker to drive somewhere else
