Don’t use this Pharmacy if you possibly avoid it. I work nearby so have been here multiple times and ALWAYS the pharmacist is rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I’m going to take my own advice and go somewhere else from now on…the inconvenience will be worth it!
Old guy at the back has worst customer service ever!
Probably the rudest, laziest pharmacist on the planet. If you want help go somewhere else. It was that bad the customer after me actually came up to ask why he was so rude and if I was ok. Like, why do you employee lazy, useless people like the short gray haired guy who works here! (Mr Rankin AKA Mr Rude & Unhelpful)
Needed to pick something up before they shut at 6:30. It was 6:20 and the door was locked with the closed sign up. I rang the number and a young girl answered, I told her I just tried to come in but they were closed….After a long pause she said “uhh yeah…we’re shut.” Not sure why she answered the phone if they were shut??? Probably best to not answer the phone if you’re trying to leave early…
