I believe your staff require further training in compassion, communication, and listening to patients rather than making assumptions. Someone I know attended your pharmacy with a valid prescription from their treating doctor for medication used to manage chronic anxiety. Instead of reviewing the prescription properly, they were met with dismissive and rude behaviour and were refused their medication because staff believed they should still have tablets remaining from their previous script.
