Bought 5 products from store lip liners and eyeliners, all 4 were great but one lipliner had been used with seal broken, unfortunately I only noticed when I got home, went back to try and exchange for a new one, same product same color and I had a receipt, but manager/person in charge told sales girl to tell me that I couldn’t get a replacement because seal was broken, tried to tell her that maybe someone broke the seal to try lipliner in store and that it wasn’t me, but she didn’t believe me I was so shocked I couldn’t beli... read more
