50/50.. sometimes its fine, other times the staff are really rude...
Recently needed help with finding hair dye products and Isha was really helpful. Gave me great suggestions and was able to find good products
We wanted to have a nice time in priceline but service and staff were so rude. There were no testers of a concealer that we wanted to try and we wanted to open another one to try of course so we asked but the staff was very rude and didn’t help at all they are always asking what do you need help with but they are arrogant and are not good at customer service i am very unhappy with this and will not be returning.
Today at price line i was accused of stealing and i got screamed at by an older lady accusing me of putting something in my pocket. i showed her i had nothing in my pockets and she proceeded to say nothing and walk away without apologising. I was upset and appalled by this interaction, especially not even being given an apology for being wrongfully accused.
In need of advice and a reading of my Blood Pressure . The service was nothing short of excellent and the explanations to medication and care was greatly appreciated. Very friendly staff in nice retail surroundings.
