My wife and I have found this Pharmacy to have the best range of products and most reliable medical advice in Southland.
To the manager. Be careful when training your staff on loss prevention or are they security guards now? I was accused of taking a product I purchased from another retailer by one of your staff members today! All I did was walk in to purchase the mascara I usually purchase and was questioned on the product I had in my trolley! I’m not impressed!!!! Will not go back. We aren’t all thieves!
Most rudest arrogant chemist - no help. The assistant at register does not even pack the bag. Horrible place - prefer Priceline Kmart side - fine manners and service. Courteous helpful chemists. Avoiding this store - ewww
I visited the Southland store this morning fir first time. I was initially greeted by a very helpful person. I proceeded to other side of store to pay and no sooner I arrived than a person who saw me arrive decided fiddling with stock was more important than looking g after a first time customer. She was an older person who should have known better. I complained to a younger woman who eventually served me and she apologized fir being kept waiting and fir the person who walked away. Always a long wait at the register despite hardly any customers and the young girls never ever put your phone number through properly to get the Priceline club points. Must be dyslexic! Sick of chasing points. Instead get everything at the chemist warehouse nearby on the way home from Southland now.
