Gone are the days when customer service meant genuinely helping others. The staff at this store were rude and unaccommodating. I was told the last makeup appointment on a Friday is at 2pm due to “no staff,” yet it’s clear they don’t prioritise even their regular, loyal customers who spend money in-store weekly. Customer service here needs serious improvement. While Xanthe’s makeup skills are good, her professional attitude is dismissive and unapproachable. Overall, a disappointing experience.
3 stars because staff are usually nice and friendly, but I bought a goody bag recently to support the cause and there was a full size foundation that wasn't my right shade. I sent a query to the customer support and asked if I could exchange it for the right shade. They told me I was unable to, due to it being for the funds being raised for the sisterhood foundation but also used the wrong name when addressing me in email which greatly upset me. Such great service from the pharmcist this morning. Although very busy, he took time to phone my doctor to suggest alternative eardrops, as those prescribed are no longer available. Lovely helpful staff too.
I should of done a post ages ago but the team are great and always remember their customers. Xanthe is such a beautiful soul inside and out and she is beyond amazing at make up she did my make up for my wedding and many times before highly recommended her!!
Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. THE BEST PHARMACY!!!
