Rude customer service. I came into the store wanting advice on a particular product, I was in the makeup isle & there were 2 ladies putting away stock, I was patiently waiting then went up to them to ask their advice about the makeup products (to help cover my acne). One of the ladies looked at me and made rude comments, the conversation went along the lines of “are you wearing makeup” I said yes and the lady was like “hm I can tell, there’s a lot” and then proceeded to make back-handed rude comments & had a really rude atti... read more
Blatantly Dishonest. The deceitful practice of an increasing number of Pharmacies of retaining and filing a Customer's repeats without their consent or knowledge is outright disgusting and disgraceful. Peter A It was over a month when I received my repeats via sms. And only then after I had contacted your pharmacy wanting to know where my repeats were. I was near on 100 kilometres away when I needed those repeats. There is no rectifying what is quite obviously a disreputable act of bastardry.
