Helpful, polite staff, wonderful service
How disappointing! I recently moved back into the area only to discovered one of my favourite pharmacies has changed hands & gone down the gurgler. The staff appeared disengaged and gave the impression that serving customers was beneath them & the customer, an unwanted inconvenience. I went into the store 3-4 times within a few days & each time was no better, it was disgraceful. Rude customer service. I came into the store wanting advice on a particular product, I was in the makeup isle & there were 2 ladies putting away stock, I was patiently waiting then went up to them to ask their advice about the makeup products (to help cover my acne). One of the ladies looked at me and made rude comments, the conversation went along the lines of “are you wearing makeup” I said yes and the lady was like “hm I can tell, there’s a lot” and then proceeded to make back-handed rude comments & had a really rude atti... read more
