I have had lovely experiences with all staff that works here. My issue is that the 2 times I’ve had to get a prescription from here (not my local chemist) I have had the duplicate copy of my script taken from me and kept at this location. I have never had this problem before coming here. I tried to get my script at my local chemist last night and was turned away as I have not been given my duplicate copy back from the pharmacist at this location. They had an issue with a medication that I ordered for pick up, which made me very stressed out but the ladies handled it well and ended up delivering it to my door on that evening. With a couple of freebies included. Thank you so much
