A reliable stop for everyday health and beauty.
Ivan is outstanding! After years of poor service elsewhere, I finally found someone who is joyful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. His customer service is the best!
NO STARS My goodness the most complacent staff let alone the unprofessional sarcasm coming from the rude pharmacist...(Evin/Ivin....)nil help, utter attitude, asking pharmaceutical questions and am deflected back to myself 🤔to answer with sarcasm... Nil knowledge base or trained staff. Nil politeness. Messy store. No 🙂↔️ ne should be made feel uncomfortable as this store does basically unacceptable. Neglecting to help and respond accordingly.
The pharmacist and his team at Priceline Pharmacy Robina (up the top near Kmart) were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my husband’s medications were correct, even though we had a lot to organise due to him being unwell and in hospital for a few months. After years of being disappointed and underwhelmed with the service I’ve received in other local pharmacies, I’ve finally found the best- Ivan at Robina Upper Priceline. He is always joyful, helpful and clearly loves his job. He is informative and a pleasure to get my medications dispensed from. My whole family now happily see Ivan at Priceline. With complex medical issues between us we feel confident with his treatment and appreciate his thorough advice along with his top tier customer service
