I was at Priceline today in the makeup section trying to find good products to use as I have no clue where to start and was approached by Talia who gave me the best help and direction, she helped me shade match and recommended me products to use. Her and her coworker were so kind and lovely
Unfortunately I was treated quite rudely by a Caucasian older woman who has the title of pharmacy assistant and was ringing through the items I had. I have autism and am very high functioning but need to have earphones in public areas to help ground myself. I asked nicely for her to repeat her 'question' which was her just stating the word 'mobile' again. She proceeded to be short with me even as I was being patient and nice but still needed her to repeat her one word demands. I won't go into any more examples but its a sham... read more

I have never made a complaint or left a bad review in my life, which says a lot about how disappointing this experience was. Although not completely related to the store itself, I recently started working in the centre and served one staff member from there (a brunette lady, around her 30s). Unfortunately, her attitude during that interaction was extremely rude and dismissive, which honestly took me by surprise. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Ivan always cheerful and welcoming, the whole store is the best pharmacy on the coast
