Popped in last week to grab some supplies to make a first aid kit for some jetskis…the pharmacy team at the back went above and beyond to support me putting these together! Staff going the extra mile - especially after a busy Christmas season …amazing!

The Asian lady at the prescription counter is terrible. Her customer service is atrocious. She pretty much threw my driver's licence and prescription at me. The rest of the staff were lovely. Unfortunately it only takes one staff member to make the experience unpleasant. She had to be asked to assist serving, she is probably best left packing shelves. I will wait next time to be served by another staff member.
