Staff are friendly and helpful
The Asian lady at the prescription counter is terrible. Her customer service is atrocious. She pretty much threw my driver's licence and prescription at me. The rest of the staff were lovely. Unfortunately it only takes one staff member to make the experience unpleasant. She had to be asked to assist serving, she is probably best left packing shelves. I will wait next time to be served by another staff member.

I have been going into the pharmacy for over ten years. Even my son and daughter in law from Gladstone would only use this pharmacy for important things. ALL the staff are wonderful. Phuong is so wonderful I can close my eyes and think my grand mother helping me. Would not go anywhere else.
