If there was an option to give this store minus stars, I absolutely would !!! I was falsely accused of shoplifting here, and it was honestly one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. When I first walked into the store, the security alarm beeped. After a while, I realised the security guard was following us around but I kind off ignored it. Went to give a bad review only to realise it wasnt just a bad experience but a consistent problem this place has got going on with the security. The security guard is entitled and rude, falsely accusing someone ik of committing thievery and publicly humiliating them. Would not step foot in this place ever again
Oh my god...Is this the worst place on earth? Very ignorant Doctor Tassone in the clinic snarky for no reason. Security following me and staring at me personally non stop. The staff treating you like a guilty shoplifter when you haven't got anything. The RUDEST hateful pharmacist behind the counter. This might be hell. Some of the chasiers / little worker people are so sweet though
I visited about 10 minutes before closing to collect my prescription. The man in the prescription department was very rude and asked, “Where have you been all day?” He made me feel like he didn’t want to serve me. The pharmacy was still open, and customers deserve to be treated with respect. People come to a pharmacy because they need medication, not to be judged. Very disappointing experience
