Do not come here if you want a judgement free experience. I was serviced today by an older white woman, quite short with shoulder length blonde hair and fringe. I am a 22 year old female who suffers from an incurable STI and I have dealt with this every day of my life since I was 19, I do not appreciate the comments made by this woman who questioned if my medication was for me and that I look very young. Went in looking for something that they didn’t end up having but Pritika, their beauty expert, helped me find something even better. I loved her energy and how helpful she was. I’m not upset about whether the item can be returned or not. What concerns me is that I was given information that directly contradicts Priceline’s official return policy. The staff member told me the item was non-refundable, even though the website clearly states that returns are accepted within 30 days.
