came in today on 21st of june at 4:30pm just to be profiled and stalked by the security guard on shift so blatantly following us behind each aisle literally peeping from behind and over aisle such absurd behaviour so disappointed with my experience here i’m a minor and i felt very unsafe here i don’t recommend anyone visit

Few months ago, I confronted the security guard thinking he would understand that I felt uncomfortable and mistreated, he still doesn’t understand. Then yesterday i went in and he was helping someone but dropped it to follow me.. I just gave up bro
The most unwelcome I have ever felt in a store, I was casually browsing some makeup and hair items when I was clearly being followed by store workers as well as the security guard and what appeared to be higher level management. Employees constantly doing stock take right next to where I was browsing while not even doing stock take but just watching my movements. If I were getting paid the amount they were I would NOT be doing all of that, just leave paying customers alone. I will not be returning to this store.
every single time I've gone to this store I've been followed around by staff and security as if they are suspicious of everyone inside the store. Totally different experience from the Priceline in St kilda for example where customers are treated normally with humanity and dignity!
