I was looking for a K18 mask and wanted to check whether Priceline stocked it. I simply browsed the shelves and did not touch any products. When I couldn’t find it, I headed toward the exit. Really annoying how the boxes are taped up, as someone who keeps the serum boxes and continue to store the serum bottle in it even after opening. Also, I ripped of the security tag on the bottle and it ripped off part of the sticker label on the bottle, so now the new serum I brought just looks shit. I like it when new things I buy stay new-looking at least for a while, but that experience is ruined by ruined packaging. In the end I decided to re-use the old box and bottle I still have and trash the new ones which sucks beca... read more

Really disappointing experience at this store. I picked up a nose patch and carried it with me while browsing other sections, but later decided not to buy it and returned it to the shelf. As I was leaving an older staff member approached me in an accusatory tone asking if I had taken a pimple patch. Even after I explained that I had put it back, she repeated the question which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I never hid the item or did anything suspicious, I was simply browsing.
