The place smelled bad on the way down the escalators but I thought it might just be an itinerant sleeping spot smell (unfortunate sign of the times, people have to sleep somewhere), but the smell got worse as I walked into the shop and down the aisles. I went into Priceline this evening to buy makeup and was helped by an employee named Michael at the checkout. He recommended another makeup range and personally took me over to show me much better products still in my budget. Michael was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable about the products the store sells. His help made my shopping experience so much better — amazing customer service!
I would ♥️ to thank EMILY for her efficient customer service last week. She managed to get my favourite cleanser during half price specials (which has been discontinued at some stores). I really applaud any retail staff who clearly listen, note and do what the customer wants! The 2 pharmacists are also full of free advice. 🙋🏼♀️🐕🦋
Staff are helpful but shopping for cosmetics in this store is painful. Heaps of products had been completely removed from the shelves or were behind red stoppers. I had to ask a staff member for an item I wanted and then had to go to the counter to purchase it. There were no testers either so I couldn’t even see the product before purchasing it. I understand theft can be an issue but it makes the experience for genuine shoppers difficult.
The staff members all seem to be friendly and bubbly. Michael was great help with the make up, didn't brush me off or try to rush. Explained everything nicely. Had a great experience with the team members in the store
