Horrible experience. I went for my daughter's ear piercing today. They have inexperienced staff. First staff member did piercing at wrong spot then with help of another senior staff she tried to correct it. During correction their gun got stuck half way through piercing. It was literally so difficult and stressful situation for us. My daughter fainted due to pain and scary situation. Never ever take risk visiting this place for piercing. Take care of your kids well by taking them to proper piercing studio.
Priceline Parramatta Westfield Level 2: I come in around 4-5pm on 18/12/25. I grab a couple things from the shelf and I line up behind the register. I was served by a lady by the name Carla (dyed red hair, tattoos on her arms). She was pretty friendly to the person she served earlier, but when it was my turn she completely changed. Male worker that works there is so incredibly miserable and was pretending to do stuff behind the counter to avoid me waiting to buy my stuff.. mind you there literally no one else around at the register. Disappointing and ridiculous behaviour from that male employee.
The service I received from Hussein and Nasreen really made my day! They truly went out of their way to give me the best service possible.
