If your tellers are going to be behind the plexiglass .... can you please coach them to speak clearly and with courtesy? It was really disappointing this morning.
Very poor customer service the app which is supposed to be an express service is a joke. The last two occasions I’ve ordered medication via the app I have had to wait nearly 4 hours for a prescription to be filled. This also included waiting an hour after I went in person to follow up on my order. The pharmacist was quite rude after I raised my concerns regarding this. I will never go back there again.
I have been going here for sometime. The rudeness and arrogance I just received from one of their pharmacists due to their staffs incompetence and lack of training was unbelievable. This is not the first instance of rudeness and untrained staff at this priceline Park Ridge and I will look at going elsewhere. I rang back to confirm I was right and his attitude was still like I was wrong. Fingers crossed I get my medications as requested.
Poorly educated pharmacist that thinks they are more educated than specialists. Absolutely laughable will no longer be a regular customer of this pharmacy.
