Very impressed with the service I received this morning. A lady by the name of Ellie (I think that’s her name) went above and beyond to help me. I asked if there was a particular product I saw online and she checked online. She saw stock but said it was in the store room. I told her not to worry but she insisted that it was okay it wouldn’t take long. I went outside for breakfast and she came out to tell me she found them, and she’d leave them behind the counter for me. Lovely person considering it was such a busy morning.
5 stars purely for Jo! With 2 seperate issues she has gone above and beyond with sharing information and products without being pushy or trying to just upsell. As someone who has grown up around pharmacy I can be quite judgey with pharmacy assistants, but Jo is one of the good ones. Her knowledge is a true asset to the store and the only reason I make the effort to go there.
