The staff at this store are lovely, especially the young boy Toby who helped me find everything I needed. He was very helpful, kind and had a lot of knowledge to help me find the products I needed. He seemed excited to chat and made me feel welcome and cared for. Overall amazing shopping experience, would recommend!

I was served by a girl today who was the absolute sweetest. I forgot to grab her name because I was in a rush but she had her hair in a bun, wore gold jewellery and was putting stock away. She was sooo helpful recommending me hair products as I was very lost and suggested a few different things based on my hair type and how I was styling it. I ended up buying a few items because of her. Customer service was 10/10 asking open ended questions to suit my needs 🫶🏽🫶🏽
Came here with a script that had one repeat remaining and asked for it to be dispensed as written. I explained that my doctor had increased my daily dosage from one tablet a day to two, which is why I required the repeat slightly earlier, but I had not yet received an updated script. I was not asking for the actually dosage itself to be changed or increased. I also mentioned that this pharmacy has dispensed my medication in the same circumstances in the past.
