The staff are extremely friendly and personable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable at times when you might be feeling particularly stressed , in pain or displaying any form of strong emotions they always make me feel that they actually really care and not just because they are working in a position that can sometimes be the first point of contact outside of a doctor's surgery after receiving some bad news!
