If I could give zero stars I would. For a place in healthcare staff look overworked strung out and miserable basically they all look sick and like they need a nap. Supervisor and chemist both can often be seen belittling staff and seem more than willing to do so in front of customers. I pity any who work there...

If you know any other shops with staff more rude and openly racist, please let me know because this one set a new low. The man in the white shirt was by far the most disrespectful and unpleasant staff member I’ve ever encountered.

Came to click and collect my order, went pick up my item, inquired for other missing items being treated rudely and the one big gal staff argued with me like I was in the wrong to inquire a “ common sense “ question. Another staff apparently her friend stood next to her, looked at me up and down, talking rude to me. The staff are always friendly and helpful, there's a really good range of different products, and the chemists at the medication counter consistently do their best to help you find the right medication at a good price.
