Edit: came here again and had a different chemist lady and she was absolutely wonderful. Suggested a puffer and many other things. She was polite and really helpful. Counter staff are fine, just a bit weird the chemist person wouldn't allow me a puffer for my flare up? I walked down to the next chemist and asked with no issues whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing. Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable. Wonderful, helpful staff.
The head pharmacist Crystal is so unkind, rude and unprofessional. She makes comments to other staff, purposefully within earshot, like today's - "I really hate dealing with some customers". She makes customers she doesn't like for whatever reason (I know I haven't done anything to earn this behaviour, & have seen her do the same with others) wait for like 10 minutes before she even acknowledges them, even when there is no one else there, goes into a side room and takes another 5 minutes (she's done this so many times to me ... read more
