This pharmacy is the worst in Murbah. The staff are rude, unhelpful and always make you feel like it's an imposition to answer a question. Today my daughter popped in to get my repeat script. She was told there wasn't one and she should have a slip. The woman on the counter couldn't be bothered to look up my details on the system. I phoned to find out what happened and was told that that my daughter should have told them it was an e script! Really! Now I don't have my meds and have to get someone to get them for me again! Awesome chemist
Edit: came here again and had a different chemist lady and she was absolutely wonderful. Suggested a puffer and many other things. She was polite and really helpful. Counter staff are fine, just a bit weird the chemist person wouldn't allow me a puffer for my flare up? I walked down to the next chemist and asked with no issues whatsoever.
