Very poor customer service. Went to Pharmacy today bought a few essential items. The lady at the front asked if i wanted bag. I said no worries. Then she went to charge me 20c for paper bag. i said flatly "NO" to the paper rubbish. I said "used to be free plastic bags". She further said if you buying "scripts" we give free. How about the discrimination, so you have to buy medication to get a free bag. WOW WEEEE. Won't be coming back there again.

I went yesterday with my 18 month old daughter to pierce my her one ear since the ears piercing wasn’t even for both ears which I did somewhere else.When I enquired the staff, the first staff advised that there’s no one available and that I have to book the appointment online however I had been trying to book online for ages, which is why I had to go somewhere else that resulted in uneven ear piercings. So, I went directly to the store this time.When Inas told that there’s nobody, I thought of at least buying the studs.Later... read more
