My wife and I went there about a week ago to have some documents certified and purchase some vitamins/minerals. For starters the sales’ staff seemed more interested in their own social talk then serving us. I had to stand in front of one for a short while, before she was willing to ‘pull’ herself away from her social chat with another staff member and serve me. No smiles, no warmth, just cold service. Went to get a asthma pump for my partner but then get treated like crap and got given a stink eye by one of the staff members like I was stupid, kept questioning me with a rude tone just because I muddled up my words and unnecessarily brought a pharmacist with her for no reason I’m guessing because of the way I was wearing and looked (I also do have autism which is why it is hard for me to put words together sometimes) Treat your customers better don’t bring your nasty attitude to work and treat people like crap.
